Moses’ engaging personality is a great representation of the admirable work that the CCD has done in beautifying Center City Philadelphia. The organization’s mission is to keep Center City clean, safe and attractive, an easy place to get around and a great place to do business, visit or live.

I met Moses while touring the city with my out of town guests. He was amazingly helpful (even to a local like me). Truly a great representative of Center City District, Paul Levy and Philadelphia.
