Where better to celebrate the holiday that commemorates the courageous U.S. soldiers who have fallen defending our country than on Philadelphia’s Independence Mall, where nearly two-and-a-half centuries ago the Declaration of Independence was adopted at Independence Hall on July 4, 1776.

Memorial Day is also the start to the summer season (woohoo!) That means it’s time to look forward to beer gardens, cold drinks, Phillies games, outdoor dining, parks and more.
