Designers-In-Residence Of The Innovative “Philadelphia Fashion Incubator” Project To Host First Sample Sale, July 18 At The Sofitel

Back in March, Mayor Michael Nutter introduced to us the inaugural Designers-In-Residence of the Philadelphia Fashion Incubator, a new fashion initiative dedicated to promoting budding designers in the region.

Coming up this week, the girls will get ready to show us just how hard they’ve been working with their first-ever sample sale open to the public on Wednesday, July 18, 4-8 p.m. at Chez Colette in the Sofitel hotel.

One-of-a-kind apparel and accessories designed exclusively by Kaitlyn Doherty, Aso Damisi, D’AGOSTINO Fashion Textile Designs and Heartless Revival will be available to add to your own wardrobe collection.

In addition, the designers will be floating around Chez Colette allowing shoppers a great opportunity to meet, discuss their work and find out what they have up their sleeves for the upcoming runway show in September during The Philadelphia Collection.

And, what pairs better with shopping than wine and cheese? Enjoy free sips and nibs in between swiping your credit card. Yes, they’ll accept the plastic.
