If you thought charming open-air cafes only existed along the romantic Champs-Élysées in Paris or in an exciting piazza in Rome, think again.

This summer you needn’t travel any further than the eclectic and sophisticated nearby town of Media in order to experience fine, alfresco dining.

Every Wednesday evening from now until September, State Street in Media from Jackson to Orange closes to bring you “Dining Under the Stars,” a supping experience that offers an appetizing blend of new and traditional dishes, as well as assorted international and good old comfort food plates.

Before or after your leisurely feast, be sure to stroll the streets and shop Media’s diverse retail shops.
