Chef Mitch Prensky of Supper, which has been receiving a lot of national press recently (last month’s 50 Shades of Grey dinner was mentioned on Perez Hilton, and they nabbed an appearance on Food & Wine Magazine’s list of the Best Fried Chicken in the U.S.), is launching a new dinner series, Fried Chicken Tuesdays, starting tomorrow, July 17.
At $25 a pair, diners can enjoy Prensky’s noted pastrami fried chicken with a choice of one weekly rotating side dish from Blue Elephant Farm, a privately owned organic farm in Newtown Square, as well as two flour biscuits.
The deal will be offered all evening every Tuesday, and reservations can be made by calling (215) 592-8180.
In addition, new summer and brunch menu items have been added to the lineup and include BBQ Hampshire pork loin, backyard crudites and tamale fries.
