Barbra Streisand To Open Her North American Tour At Philadelphia’s Wells Fargo Center, Monday, October 8
Get ready: Brooklyn songstress extraordinaire Barbara Streisand will be coming to Philadelphia on Monday, October 8.
Not only is she making an appearance but she is also opening her North American tour in our very own city at the Wells Fargo Center before traveling to other big cities and Canada. Streisand also opened her 2006 tour in Philly and is back for round two.
According to the Recording Industry Association of America, Barbra Streisand is the best selling female recording artist in history and the only woman to make the Top 10 all-time best selling artists list. So, yeah, she’s kind of a big deal.
Streisand is joined by special guests Chris Botti and Il Volo. Chris Botti has won four #1 Jazz Albums, as well as multiple Gold, Platinum and Grammy Awards. The young Italian trio, Il Volo, first appeared on the popular Italian talent show Ti Lascio Una Canzone and since then have recorded their first album.
Tickets are on sale now online or through the Wells Fargo Center box office. Tickets start at $90 and can also be purchased in VIP packages.
