Grillmaster Bobby Flay is heading to town in search of cast members for the Food Network's new show America

Philadelphia’s becoming quite the draw for the TV camera.

With an impressive brag sheet of featured restaurants, dishes and chefs on national television, it’s no wonder why Philadelphia’s attracting a lot of screen attention.

Adding to the buzz, Bobby Flay of Food Network fame is heading to town to cast his next project: America’s Best Home Cooks. The show will pit pairs of home cooks against each other for a chance to win the title.

Our incredible restaurants and chefs had to get a start somewhere, right? Bobby Flay invites you to not keep it in the family. Here’s your chance to show off your culinary talents.

In 2010, Flay got his feet wet in the Philly food scene with the opening of Bobby’s Burger Palace in University City. We’re glad he’s back and knows what’s up.
