Kevin Sbraga is making a back-to-school statement with a new cafeteria-inspired menu to kick-off another educational year.
Beginning Tuesday, September 4, Sbraga’s interactive chef counter will offer two seatings each night at six guests per seating. So reservations are a must.
The six courses shout “we don’t need no hair nets” with dishes like pepperoni pizza, grilled cheese and tomato-bacon with heirloom tomato soup, fish stick served with tarter sauce and french fries, and chocolate milk sorbet scooped with raspberry jello and white chocolate pudding.
An optional beverage pairing ($50) is also available to accompany the plates, and we’re guessing they won’t come in a carton with straws. Expect a combination of Prosecco, Bordeaux, brew from Germany and something mysteriously called the Sbraga Ecto-Cooler.
