The latest addition to Midtown Village’s thriving dining scene, Spiga, recently made our roundup of some of the best newly opened restaurants in Philadelphia.
Not only is the food delicious and creative (strawberry and alsamic onion with robiola cheese pizza is one favorite), the drink list is pretty impressive as well.
