Philadelphia’s summer of soccer continues!
Just weeks after the MLS All-Stars defeated Chelsea FC at PPL Park, Philadelphia is once again playing host to great international soccer this summer when Real Madrid faces Celtic FC at Lincoln Financial Field in the World Football Challenge on August 11.
Real Madrid, the reigning La Liga champions, recently announced its travel roster and confirmed that some of soccer’s biggest names will be taking the field at the Linc, including superstars Cristiano Ronaldo, Kaka and Sergio Ramos.
High-scoring Real Madrid packs plenty of firepower but Celtic FC are the reigning Scottish Premier League champs, making this game a can’t miss for soccer fans.
