The 2012 Feastival Returns To Benefit The Philadelphia Live Arts Festival And Philly Fringe, Wednesday, September 12
The 2012 Audi Feastival, the annual fundraising event that brings together Philadelphia’s outstanding culinary and artistic realms to benefit the Philadelphia Live Arts Festival and Philly Fringe, returns to the scene on Wednesday, September 12.
Set this year at Pier 9 on North Columbus Boulevard, Feastival include live auctions and more than 75 of the city’s best restaurants and bars showing off their skills with bites and sips to delight more than 800 guests, this year’s anticipated count.
Co-hosting again, Michael Solomonov, Audrey Claire Taichman and Stephen Starr command the show-stopping evening featuring pieces from Live Arts artists including a headlining act from JUNK, who are debuting a bold and inspiring performance based on Brian Sanders’ 2003 show, The Gate.
A ticket to the party (VIP tickets feature early admission, chef demonstrations, auction preview and exclusive bar service) invites you to taste fare from The Dandelion, Ela, Fond, Federal Donuts, Lacroix (which celebrates its 10th anniversary next month), Twenty Manning Grill, Stateside and Alla Spina, which was just named one of the top 50 Best New Restaurants by Bon Appetit.
All proceeds are directed to the sixteen day performance arts festival, produced by Nick Stuccio, that brings together audiences to celebrate unfiltered, contemporary and wildly creative artists from around the world.
We can’t wait to see how this year’s Feastival will top the stilt-walking, rafter-hanging, half-naked performances and acrobats from last year. See you there!
Tickets are available online.
