You’ve driven, biked and run over it. Taken Instagram pictures of it. You may have even rowed under it.

Now you have the chance to dance on it. Because the East Falls Development Corporation is hosting its Second Annual Dance on the Falls Bridge on Saturday evening, September 8.

In addition to dancing the night away under the stars, the evening will also feature live music, desserts and wine. Kelly Ray and Lesley Mitchell from DancePhiladelphia will give lessons and demonstrations and Clothes-Pin will be accepting donations of men’s and women’s professional attire and accessories.

Tickets are all-inclusive and cost only $40 (until August 31, $50 starting September 1). Both singles and couples are welcome and a group of 10 or more can purchase tickets for only $35 each.

For the footloose and fancy free folks that don’t live in the city but still want to attend the dance, the Crown Plaza Philadelphia West is featuring room packages that include transportation to the event. Know that these packages do not include tickets to the dance.
