Doylestown’s many cultural attractions are now easier to view, thanks to Bucks County Transport.

Beginning September 15 and running through October 28, the Cultural Loop will offer free bus rides running every 20 minutes on weekends and connecting the many museums and cultural sites in Doylestown.

These include The James A. Michener Art Museum, the Mercer Museum, the Bucks County Free Library, Doylestown Branch, as well as the County TheaterFonthill Castle and Moravian Pottery and Tile Works, plus popular shopping and dining spots.

Operated by Bucks County Transport, the free shuttle will operate Saturdays from 11 a.m.-9 p.m. and Sundays 11 a.m.-6 p.m.

Passengers can hop on the shuttle at any of the following participating stops, which will all be marked by A-frame signs for easy recognition: the Michener Art Museum, Mercer Museum, Doylestown Library, the County Theater, Fonthill, Moravian Pottery and Tile Works and the Courthouse parking garage.

So head on out to Doylestown, park the car and experience the wealth of artistic, literary, historic and cinematic offerings this fall.
