American Sardine Bar To Host Sausage Fest This Saturday, September 29: Homemade Sausages From Twelve Philadelphia Chefs, Plus Oktoberfest And Pumpkin Draughts
American Sardine Bar’s Sausage Fest this weekend, Saturday, September 29, is going to be a winner.
Twelve guest chefs from Philadelphia bars and restaurants are bringing their homemade sausages to American Sardine Bar for a sausage party like no other.
Bring an appetite. Starting at 4 p.m., you can eat stuffed meat to your heart’s content and drink Oktoberfest and pumpkin draughts until last call.
The restaurants representing are: 943, Blue Belly BBQ, La Calaca Feliz, Vedge, Ela, Meme, Little Fish, Southwark, Le Virtu, Stateside, South Philly Taproom, Studio Kitchen and Rittenhouse Tavern.
In other words, a seriously impressive lineup of some of the city’s most exciting kitchens.
