Acclaimed BYOB Matyson offers consistently awesome Sunday prix fixe dinners. But now they’re upping the ante with Suckling Pig Sundays starting this weekend, September 9. The four-course menu will set you back $35, and includes Crispy Skin Salad, Herbed Polenta and Apple Crisp in addition to the pièce de résistance: Slow Roasted Suckling Pig.
