Matyson BYOB Debuts Suckling Pig Sundays Starting This Weekend

Acclaimed BYOB Matyson offers consistently awesome Sunday prix fixe dinners. But now they’re upping the ante with Suckling Pig Sundays starting this weekend, September 9. The four-course menu will set you back $35, and includes Crispy Skin Salad, Herbed Polenta and Apple Crisp in addition to the pièce de résistance: Slow Roasted Suckling Pig. The first two courses incorporate pork as well, for an all-around whole hog of a meal. Want more pig?
