Franklin Square has an awesome Halloween activity running Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays in October from 6-9 p.m.: spooky mini golf. Starting this weekend, October 5-7, you can play the park’s fun Philly-themed mini golf course at night, in the dark. Lights, fog, cobwebs and more make the putting trickier and the vibe creepier.
