Franklin Square To Celebrate Fall With Its Annual PumpkinFest, Saturday, October 20

Franklin Square is a kid's fantasy land throughout the year, but no more so than during the fall when mini golf turns spooky-themed, the grass lawn becomes a pumpkin patch and the leaves are gorgeous shades of crimson and gold. (Photo courtesy Franklin Square)

Franklin Square’s annual PumpkinFest returns this Saturday, October 20 with plenty of pumpkin-centric fun.

Adults and kids alike can enjoy: pumpkin painting, pony rides, cupcake decorating, a costume parade, face painting, spooky mini golf, a raffle and delicious lunch buffet courtesy of SquareBurger.

Plus, entrants to the fest can take unlimited rides on the Philadelphia Park Liberty Carousel.

Bonus: the Phillie Phanatic will be making an appearance, decked out in his own Halloween costume!

Advance tickets are $35 for individuals, and $125 for a family four-pack (ages two and under get in free). Full-price tickets (available at Franklin Square day-of), are $40 for individuals, and $130 for a family four-pack.
