Hurricane Sandy Update: The City And Its Attractions Are Back In Business

Quick Hurricane Sunday update for you: SEPTA is up and running, and most attractions are back open for business, including the PMA, Barnes, Franklin Institute, Zoo, NCC and all of Independence National Historical Park, as the city cleans up and restores power. Hopefully most of the scheduled Halloween happenings will go off without a hitch, but be sure to double-check that your event of choice is moving forward as planned. Our thoughts remain with those affected by the storm, and we commend the city for its timely damage control efforts.
