The First Annual King Of Prussia Beerfest Royale will be a celebration of all things craft beer over two days this weekend with two tents filled by more than 3,000 area beer aficionados.

The two-day brewfest is set for Saturday, October 6 with a preview event Friday night, October 5. This more intimate, upscale event will feature several “sneak peek” beers along with exclusive offerings, butlered hors d’oeuvres, multiple food and dessert stations paired with beer, special guests, live music and much more. The Beer

The King of Prussia Beerfest Royale will feature two beer tents, with two themes: local craft beer and authentic German beer.

Local breweries include Boxcar Brewing Company, Dock Street, Dogfish Head, Lancaster Brewing, PBC, Sly Fox, Stoudt’s, Weyerbacher, Victory, Yards and Yuengling. German breweries include Augustinerbrau, Benediktiner, Bombardier, Dab, Franziskaner, Paulaner, Spaten, Tucher, Warsteiner and Zwickl.

Plus, Boxcar Brewing Company wil be brewing Beeron von Steuben’s Reserve exclusively for Beerfest! Pretty cool.

The Food

King of Prussia restaurants will be creating special, smaller versions of their most popular dishes, priced at $10 and under, available in the event’s central plaza. Restaurants include Michael’s Deli, Morton’s, Mesa Fresh Mexican Grill, Doc Popcorn and more.

The Music

The 2012 Beerfest Royale will feature live music on two stages with the Philadelphia area’s hottest musical acts and authentic German, Oktoberfest music. Full list of musicians here.
