Philadelphia is one serious beer city, and we’ve certainly got the brew-related events agenda to prove it.
Here’s a major event for all of you beer enthusiasts: Get a taste from 100 American breweries at the 2012 PA Beer Fest on Saturday, November 10 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center.
There will be two sessions of chugging (er, tasting), one from 1-4 p.m. and another from 7-10 p.m.
$40 gets you unlimited one-ounce samples and a PA Beer Fest commemorative cup to drink them out of. Designated Drivers pay just $15.
Enjoy some live music while you drink as much as you can from Rogue, Boxcar, Blue Point, Goose Island, Terrapin, Yards, Allagash and many more local and national craft brew favorites.
Gluten-free beers by Spire, Joseph James, Ace California and Anthem breweries will be making rounds, too.
