Fall festivals are in full swing as mid-October creeps upon us.
This Saturday, October 20, from 11 a.m.-3 p.m., head over to the Schuylkill River Park for the annual fall festival.
This family-friendly event will have activities for everyone: fall-inspired crafts, food, local vendors, a raffle and even a silent auction.
Not only will the festival be full of autumnal celebrations, it will also celebrate the opening of the highly anticipated Schuylkill River Park Connector Bridge.
The pedestrian bridge connects the Schuylkill River Park to the Schuylkill Banks. The opening ceremony will be held during the festival at 1 p.m.
