Iron Hill Chestnut Hill To Host A Pop-Up Speakeasy In Partnership With The National Constitution Center’s Prohibition Exhibition, Wednesday, November 28
The National Constitution Center’s very cool Prohibition exhibition American Spirits is up and running, with 5,000 square feet of more than 120 rare artifacts and a re-created speakeasy complete with a bar, dance floor, bandstand, and powder room.
Even cooler, the exhibition is franchising itself with awesome partnerships throughout the city, including the first-ever SEPTA Speakeasy Silverliner and Prohibition-themed cocktail tours of Philadelphia with City Food Tours.
Go back in time to the days of Prohibition as Iron Hill turns into a one-night speakeasy, with special themed food, hand-crafted theme beers and a raffle in which you’ll have a chance to win tickets to see the American Spirits exhibition that inspired the evening’s event.
Oh, and one more important piece of info: the Speakeasy password for entrance: Bootlegger.
