This Wednesday night, December 19, is your final chance to partake in Chestnut Hill’s popular Stag & Doe Nights.
Take a charming stroll down Germantown Avenue where shops will be welcoming shoppers from 6-9 p.m. to take a break from the crisp winter air, holiday lights and decorations of Chestnut Hill’s downtown.
While you’re there, be sure not to miss the 2012 Pennsylvania Horticulture Society Holiday Pop-Up Store, open through Sunday, December 23.
Shopkeepers will help you figure out what to get picky gift receivers with gift suggestions, all while you’re enjoying treats from each store. As you travel from shop to shop, carolers will serenade you with favorite Christmas carols.
For sustenance, be sure to stop by Bredenbeck’s Bakery for delicious homemade gingerbread (and a special Wednesday night class!), McNally’s for a Schmitter sandwich or Mica for award-winning cuisine from Chef Chip Roman.
