Emmy Award-Winning Comedian Louis C.K. To Perform A Special Engagement In Philadelphia At The Merriam Theater, January 16-18

An awesome 11th hour addition to the Kimmel Center’s January schedule: Emmy Award and Grammy Award winning comedian Louis C.K. — creator, executive producer, director, editor, and star of FX Network’s critically acclaimed comedy series Louie — will perform a special engagement, Louis C.K. Live at the Merriam Theater — three nights only!

Louie puts a spotlight on Louis’ everyday ordeals in New York City. The man can make anything funny, including sitting helpless on the toilet as his daughter, er, does her business on the floor in the hallway right in front of him.

His show, Louis C.K. Live, will be more of the same. That is, snort-your-soda-out-of-your-nose hilarity.

Louis is exclusively selling tickets online for his current tour via his website louisck.net. But if you prefer to buy directly from the Kimmel, a limited number of tickets will be available by phone and at the box office beginning Friday, December 14 at 10 a.m. Prices will be the same regardless.

Want a dose of Louis before he gets here? Learn about Louie’s happiest moment and his thoughts on questionnaires in this hilariously honest interview with Vanity Fair.
