There’s a new cupcakery in town: Crumbs Bake Shop, cupcake baker to the stars, now open in Rittenhouse Square on 18th Street and Moravian in the former Leehe Fai spot.
With our more than 50 varieties baked fresh daily and a new cupcake of the week every Monday, Crumbs offers crack-like cupcakes so tasty it’s no wonder that the brand spread from Manhattan to nearly 60 other spots in nine years.
In addition to the full-line of flagship cupcakes, Crumbs features a build-your-own cupcake bar. We know.
It’s a huge coup for Center City worker bees looking for an afternoon snack. Here’s a little lunchtime itinerary for you: grab fried chicken at Federal Donuts, then head around the corner for dessert at Crumbs. Then do a lap around the square to work it all off.
According to The Insider, Crumbs, which also has a spot in Christiana Mall in Delaware, is searching for another Center City location, as well as new locations in Ardmore, King of Prussia, Cherry Hill, and Deptford.
