Master chef Anthony Bourdain heeded the calls of thousands of Philadelphia fans and finally booked a trip to the 215 to be featured on his Travel Channel show The Layover.

We shared a blow-by-blow guide to Tony’s trip to Philadelphia, but tonight is the real deal.

The Philadelphia episode of The Layover is set to air tonight, Monday, December 3 at 9 p.m. Here’s our guide to bars/restaurants hosting special viewing parties.

And now we’re one-upping ourselves: below, check out some original video footage inside some of the very same places you’ll see tonight on the show.

Amis

Tony and Philadelphia chef Peter McAndrews enjoy dinner at Chef Marc Vetri’s Amis, located around the corner from his flagship restaurant Vetri. Meet his longtime business partner Jeff Benjamin, and see inside Vetri, in this video.

Check out the rest of the videos, below.

Barnes Foundation

During tonight’s episode, Tony tours the Barnes Foundation on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway. See inside the world-famous institution yourself, below.

Mutter Museum

On the show, Tony tours the Mutter Museum to ogle at its collection of medical oddities.

Paesano’s/Italian Market

Tony couldn’t make a Philadelphia visit without touring the iconic Italian Market. He spends a lot of his visit with Chef Peter McAndrews, the owner of Modo Mio, Monsu and Paesano’s restaurants. Catch a glimpse inside each of these — including Paesano’s, featured on tonight’s The Layover episode — and meet Chef McAndrews as well.

Di Bruno Bros.

While at the Italian Market, Tony meets with Di Bruno Bros.’ Emilio Mignucci, who you can meet for yourself in the video below.

Zahav

Another can’t-miss Philadelphia restaurant Anthony includes in his tour of Philadelphia is Zahav, where he has dinner with Chef Marc Vetri and meets Chef Michael Solomonov, another key player during the episode. Meet Solo, and get a peek inside the award-wining Zahav, below.

Bonus Round: Philadelphia’s Magic Gardens

In addition to visiting a range of Philadelphia restaurants and attractions while in town, Anthony recommends other spots to check out. One is the absolutely unique Philadelphia’s Magic Gardens on South Street. Take a video tour of it for yourself, below.

Bonus Round: Johnny Brenda’s

Another spot Tony highlights, but doesn’t physically make it to, is Fishtown’s Johnny Brenda’s, which you can see inside in the video below.

Bonus Round: John’s Roast Pork

Philadelphia reigns supreme as the sandwich capital of the planet, and John’s Roast Pork is a perennial favorite, now endorsed by Bourdain. Take a peek, below.
