Fork Unveils A Revamped Winter Cocktail Menu With New Bites And A Variety Of Specialty Cocktails

Award-winning restaurant Fork has revamped their winter cocktail menu to include new offerings that are perfect for the cold winter months. The new drink menu will be split into three categories – bubbly, citrus-based and spirituous. Cocktails range in price from $11-$13 and include a variety of tastes and levels of potency, therefore, there’s a perfect cocktail for everyone.

The types of drinks range drastically, enjoy anything from an earl grey infused gin with dry vermouth, thyme syrup and lemon zest to a ginger liqueur infused with celery water and sparkling wine.

Chef Eli Kulp is offering guests an array of snacks to pair with their cocktail of choice as well.

Not only are bar bites like crispy chicken nuggets served with spicy mustard and agrodolce, smoked trout caviar served with dilled cucumbers and bagel chips and Caputo brothers’ stracciatella toasts with charred and pickled eggplant available, but a raw bar featuring fresh seafood is too. Choose from seasonal oysters, surf clam and Nantucket Bay scallops. Yum. Bites range in price from $3-$11.

The restaurant’s impressive 70 plus wine list and their craft beer menu will also be available.
