Midtown Village’s live music venue, MilkBoy, known for their java sips, focuses on a winter menu that introduces new acts and flavors.
Conceptualizing around classic American comforts, chef Jon Bohn categorizes his fare into Breakfast, Snacks, Fries, Soups & Salads, Sandwiches and Desserts.
Options include hand-carved brisket au jus, bacon bowl loaded with buttermilk saice and spiced honey glaze, breakfast burritos and a slew of french fry varieties like chili cheese jalapeno and pizza.
Besides the change in plates, MilkBoy’s newest bar manager Evan Maffiore adds his own twist to the imbibing selection with caffeinated creations like the Waiting Room (Frangelico, Peppermint Schnaaps, coffee) and Picket Line (espresso, double chocolate vodka).
