Rittenhouse Tavern Hosts The Second Chef Collaboration Between Nick Elmi, Chris Kearse, Lee Styer and Jon Cichon, Monday, February 4

Last month kicked off the first of a four-part chef collaboration series between Chris Kearse of Will BYOB, Lee Styer of Fond, Nick Elmi of Rittenhouse Tavern and Lacroix’sJon Cichon to showcase their astounding culinary talents and strength.

The executive chefs will rotate kitchens once a month through April and team up to prepare a multi-course feast for their patrons.

If you missed the first round of mouth-watering bites at Will BYOB which portioned eight courses of oysters, sea urchin, pork belly, squab and more for just $100, there are still three more chances to experience the foursome’s joint efforts.

On deck is Rittenhouse Tavern scheduled for Monday, February 4, followed by Fond in March and Lacroix will present the final menu which is slated for April 8.
