The folks at Xochitl, 2nd and Lombard’s go-to restaurant for authentic Mexican cuisine, want to give you a big taste of Mexico with their new molcajete meal.
The meal, molcajete, is named for a Mexican tool created from volcanic rock which is used to crush spices, prepare salsas and now, to keep your delicious meal warm at Xochitl. The volcanic rock will keep your meal warm through numerous margaritas and discussions with friends.
The meal is available Sunday-Thursday and is full of chorizo, braised short rib, chicken, grilled cactus and cheese. The tremendous meal is meant for two, making it the perfect weeknight dinner for you and a friend.
In addition to this tasty meal, Xochitl is also preparing a special Rosa margarita for thirsty guests.
