Philadelphia Magazine To Host Philly Cooks, A Weeklong Celebration Of Philly Food, February 25-28

Things are about to get pretty tasty. From February 25-28, Philadelphia magazine is hosting a weeklong Philly Cooks event featuring some of Philadelphia’s favorite chefs and restaurants.

Many of our great chefs recently received a writeup in The Washington Post. The article recognized their delicious restaurants and tasty meals.

Try out their award-winning food at the Philly Cooks event.

Get a behind the scenes look at some of Philadelphia’s best restaurants on the tasting tours that are set to occur from February 25-27 in a number of Philadelphia’s different neighborhoods.

Brush shoulders with some of Philadelphia’s finest, like Chef Jose Garces, Chef Michael Solomonov and Chef Marc Vetri. Learn the secrets behind their delicious meals.

The tasting tours range from Old City to East Passyunk to North Broad to beyond, but they are selling out quickly, only a few tours are left. Purchase your tickets here, tickets are $90 per person.

The main event is on Thursday, February 28 at the Strawbridge Building. From 6:30-9 p.m., enjoy food handpicked by Philadelphia magazine’s food editor, Jason Sheehan.

For $85 per person, indulge in the food from more than 40 participating restaurants like Fette Sau, Sbraga, Vedge and more. Some of Philadelphia’s best bartenders will be pouring craft cocktails for guests as well.
