On select days in March and April, Circles’ Northern Liberties location will be teaming up with numerous Philly chefs to present guests with six-course collaboration dinners.
Four different Thursdays in March and April will feature four different partnerships with Chef Alex Boonphaya of Circles.
On Thursday, March 21, Chef Jeffrey Power of Dettera in Ambler will be putting his spin on things in the kitchen. On Thursday, March 28, Chef John Taus of The Corner and Chef George Sabatino formerly of Stateside will be featured. On Thursday, April 4, Chef Chef Jen Choplin of SoWe will be the guest of honor. And on Thursday April 11, Chef Sean Magee of Time will be the last collaboration.
The multi-course dinners will all be $50 a piece and are available for guests who dine-in only.
In case you miss the collaboration events, on April 12-14, Chef Alex Boonphaya will feature items from each of the collaborations in an eight-course meal for $60 per person.
There’s no better way to celebrate the Thai New Year than with some fresh takes on Thai food!
