All month long, Sbraga will be hosting a Southern tasting menu.

Iron Chef Kevin Sbraga’s Southern tasting menu will have your taste buds fully satisfied and have you drooling for more.

The tasting menu is available from now until March 28 and runs from Monday-Thursday each week.

Seating each day is at 6 p.m.

The meal consists of a six-course feast featuring some of the South’s most delicious and classic dishes.

Enjoy duck fat biscuits, eggs and grits, pecan pie (with bourbon ice cream, yum!) and smothered pork chops, just to name a few.

Check out the full menu, in all of its goodness here.

The tasting menu costs $75 per person. An optional beverage pairing is available for $50 per person.
