Guys, it’s time to go shopping.

On the heels of the opening of chic menswear shop Suitsupply, online custom menswear company Indochino opened an outpost of its itinerant tailor over the weekend on Walnut Street.

Following its success in New York, Chicago, Boston and Washington D.C., Indochino hosts its first pop-up shop in Philadelphia through May 27.

Launched in 2007 and based in Vancouver, Canada and Shanghai, China, Indochino provides truly custom suiting for men in more than 60 countries via an easy online shopping experience. With step-by-step instructions on style and fit, a superior product for a reasonable price, free shipping and delivery within four weeks, the online shopping experience is straightforward and more than a little fun.

But with the assistance of expert tailors onsite, Indochino Traveling Tailor takes the custom shopping experience offline, making it even easier to be the master of your own suiting.

Browse through the pop-up store to take in the swaths of fabric, sample styles in suits, collars and cuffs and a host of accessories. Garments purchased in both in the pop-up store and online are crafted by expert tailors employing high-end fabrics and craftsmanship, but without the steep cost.

Custom suits start at $379 — not entirely inexpensive, sure, but considering an off-the-rack suit at Brooks Brothers starts at $498, we think a made-to-measure suit in luxe fabric for less sounds pretty appealing.

To score a custom suit or shirt, make an appointment online with a staff member who will take measurements and offer up styling assistance. Once the basics are chosen (cut, color, fabric), shoppers customize lapels, number of buttons, vents and monogramming.

Plus, the buyer’s satisfaction is practically guaranteed. If the customized garment is not up to part, Indochino offers $75 dollars in alteration credits. If the piece can’t be altered to perfection, a remake of the garment is offered free of charge.

While supplies last, guys who book a fitting appointment to be measured for a custom suit (which starts at $379) will receive a free custom dress shirt and gift set ($160 value) with suit purchase.
