Peace On The Streets Festival Brings Popular Musicians And Local Leaders To Penn’s Landing To Promote A Summer Of Peace, Tomorrow, June 27

Enjoy the music, spoken word and dance routines of acclaimed performers on Thursday, June 27 at Penn’s Landing’s Peace on the Streets festival.

The afternoon festival promotes peace and violence-free streets through entertainment and live music all day long.

The festival’s concert, the Peace on the Streets Jam, is headlined by Ace Hood, a rapper hailing from Florida who has partnered with some of the biggest names in hip-hop like Chris Brown and Lil Wayne.

The lineup also features Sevyn Streeter who has penned music for Alicia Keys, Kelly Rowland and Estelle.

Additional performers include Cody Kahmar, Yazz The Greatest Prince of America, Power Squad (the Power 99 Dance Team), DJ RL and Spoken Word Artists.

Throughout the day, community leaders and local speakers join in the fun and share ways to spread peace throughout Philadelphia’s neighborhoods with the crowd.

Peace on the Streets is hosted by Power 99 FM.
