Get Ready For Feastival At COOK! Registration Starts Today For August Classes With Chefs Participating In The September Culinary Event

In Philadelphia, our artists tend to champion one another.

And come September 12, this city’s culinary artists rally to support Philadelphia’s performing artists with the annual Feastival event, a fabulous benefit for contemporary arts organization FringeArts and the FringeArts Festival that gathers more than 80 Philadelphia chefs and live entertainers to raise funds for the city’s cultural economy.

Tickets to the 2013 FringeArts Festival, set for September 5-22 this year, will go on sale later this month, but tickets to Feastival are on sale now.

What’s more, those hungry to for a taste of the culinary blowout can now register for a preview.

Starting today at 2 p.m., registration opens for Feastival Month at COOK, the state-of-the-art kitchen-classroom from Audrey Claire Taichman, co-host of Feastival and owner of Audrey Claire and Twenty Manning Grill.

Throughout the month, Feastival’s chef lineup will be incorporated into COOK’s August class schedule, with Philly’s top chefs offering up a small taste of the main event.
