Square 1682’s Brand-New Menus Promise Fresh Eats And Refreshing Drinks All Summer Long

The recently renovated Square 1682 adjacent to the Hotel Palomar welcomes cocktail and food menu updates this July, as it offers guests tasty meals and drinks that are perfect to remedy these hot mid-summer days.

The new cocktail menu boasts crafty drinks with equally crafty names. Fun fact: Drink names draw inspiration from Drag Queens!

Beverage highlights include the Delores del Ruby, a rum-and-raspberry laden sparkling cocktail; the Dame Edna Punch, a blend of gin and tequila with cucumber-melon syrup and African nectar tea; and the super-tropical Pink Flamingos Punch, a heady mix of rum, vanilla tea, pineapple and lime, coconut sugar and Elemakule Tiki bitters served over ice chips.

Talk about refreshing.

The new drink menu also includes classic beverages like daiquiris, Southsides and El Diablos.

In typical summer fashion, Square 1682’s new food menu promises guests farm-to-table ingredients, including herbs from Square 1682’s rooftop garden. Enjoy braised beef cheeks, summer cavatelli with Kennet Square mushrooms and a half Amish chicken with fresh veggies.

Square 1682 is open every day for a bite, a drink or both.
