The Awesome Fest’s final days are upon us, but before it ends its multi-month run, the popular festival is providing Philadelphians with a slew of ’80s-centric outdoor films.

Pack a picnic and grab your blanket, the last films slated for the festival are true ’80s favorites.

On Saturday, August 17, Parx Casino hosts the official closing party with a screening of Killer Klowns from Outer Space. Not only is the alfresco film set to entertain audiences, but the creators of the film, the Chiodo Brothers, will be in attendance.

Sounds pretty cool to us!

The festival officially ends on Thursday, August 22 with a screening of Batman at Drexel Park, a verdant green space offering premiere skyline views…bring your camera.

See below for the full lineup of the final Awesome Fest screenings.

Remember, all screenings are free, so bring nothing more than your friends and some movie snacks!
