Classic comedy takes the spotlight at verdant Clark Park this Saturday, August 24.
Catch a number of humorous films on a big outdoor screen for free.
Immerse yourself in the world of slapstick comedy at the evening event, but we’re not talking recent comedies — think Laurel and Hardy, the dynamic comedic duo who starred in numerous feature films in the ’40s, and Buster Keaton, the stone-faced silent film humor master.
Beginning at sundown, which should be roughly 8:30 p.m. on Saturday night, guests are invited to the series of free films located at the “bowl” in Clark Park, a natural amphitheater perfect for community gatherings.
Be sure to arrive a little before 8:30 p.m. to claim your spot and make sure you don’t miss any of the films.
