This fall, the streets, parks and public spaces of Philadelphia host dozens and dozens of fall festivals, but few match the festivities of the Midtown Village Fall Festival.
Returning for its eighth year on Sunday, October 6, the fest welcomes thousands to revel in eight hours of outdoor fun on a six-block footprint.
Note that the event is usually on a Saturday, but this year’s festival rocks 13th Street on Sunday, stretching from Chestnut to Locust Street.
From noon to 7 p.m., food, drink and crafts vendors will set up lining the sidewalks with all manner of entertainment — think dunk tanks, DJs, Sumo wrestling, a pop-up beer garden, sidewalk sales and more.
Sample food from all your favorite Midtown Village restaurants — Barbuzzo, Jamonera, El Vez, Sampan, the list goes on — and don’t miss the beer garden, as well as family-friendly entertainment.
This is one festival you definitely don’t want to miss. Check back for more details as the festival approaches.
