Weekend Picks: Stay Warm And Check Out An Opening At The Barnes, The Academy Of Music Anniversary Concert, Restaurant Week, Top Picks For Ramen And More

Bundle up, Philadelphia. The weekend forecast calls for a bit more snow and plenty of chill, making it a perfect weekend for museum-going, movie watching, bar hopping, fireside dining and other cozy diversions. (Photo by J. Fusco for Visit Philadelphia)

Old Man Winter continues his extended stay in the northeast this weekend, but don’t let Arctic temperatures prevent getting out into the city to enjoy some wintertime relaxation and entertainment.

There are tons of indoor happenings on tap this weekend from an amazing exhibition opening at The Barnes Foundation and a gala concert at the Academy of Music to dining deals in Center City and a Robert Burns-themed whiskey tasting in University City.

Remember, take care to stay warm in the cold and watch out for an afternoon snow squall on the way this Saturday. Be safe, stay cozy and enjoy the winter wonderland!
