The Fountain Restaurant in the Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia has been awarded nearly every type of accolade there is, from top honors in Gourmet magazine to Forbes Travel Guide’s 2010 Five Star award to a perfect Five Diamond rating from AAA.

The Lounge, too, offers impeccable dining and drinking with top-notch fare and a fantastic selection of cocktails.

Now, The Cafe at the Four Seasons is taking its culinary offerings to the next level with the launch of a monthly global dining pop-up, set to debut Wednesday, March 19.

This Wednesday, The Cafe at the Four Seasons becomes a fleeting destination to dine on flavors from Spain with a selection of tapas and small bites on offer from 5 to 8 p.m.

Diners can look for such global plates as octopus a la plancha, shrimp paella, Spanish tortilla and Spanish cheese and charcuterie, all conceived by chef de restaurant Joe Liberatore.

Plus, the bar will serve a special selection of Spanish cava, sangria and albariño wine.

Prices range from $6 to $12 for tapas and $9 to $14 for the Spanish drinks.

Reservations aren’t required, but are recommended and can be made by calling 215-963-1500.

Stay tuned for future dates with global fare at the Four Seasons.
