Excited for the upcoming Spruce Street Harbor Park pop-up summertime village on the Delaware River waterfront?
Survey the site of the summertime destination and row on the Delaware River for free on Sunday, April 27 as the Independence Seaport Museum celebrates the Philadelphia Science Festival which parades into town from April 25 to May 3.
All guests of the Delaware River Waterfront museum receive free boat rental, with the price of general admission, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Children must be at least 6 years old to participate in the boat rental program and all children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Be sure to bring an ID — boats will only be rented to adults with a valid ID.
April 27 serves as the kick off for a new season of boat rentals at the Independence Seaport Museum, too, which will run through October 12. Rent single kayaks for $8, double kayaks for $15, small row boats for $10 and large row boats for $15. All rental prices are by the hour.
