As one of the closeout events for the annual Love Your Park Week, Clark Park hosts its second annual Party in the Park this Saturday, May 17 from 4 to 8 p.m.
“Love Your Park Week,” taking place May 10 through 17 and presented by Philadelphia Parks and Recreation, the Fairmount Park Conservancy and neighborhood park groups and raises a hat — through festivals, service days and family-friendly events — to the city’s more than 10,000 (!) acre park system.
Clark Park brings the fun to West Philly this Saturday night as it celebrates the festival with games, live music, food trucks and even a beer garden.
Sip alfresco brews at the on-site beer garden as it promises guests sips from the nearby Dock Street Brewing Company and enjoy mobile fare from a number of food trucks including Foolish Waffles and Dapper Dog.
In addition to food and drinks, guests are encouraged to take part in kid- and adult-friendly games like tug of war, three-legged races and sack races.
Also enjoy live music and performances, too.
Mix and mingle with Spruce Hill neighbors and beyond at this spring soiree.
