Get down to live music at City Tap House as the University City craft beer bar hosts two outdoor concerts on the final two Saturdays of the month.

First up, Clap Your Hands Say Yeah headlines the alfresco concert series on Saturday, August 23. From 3 to 8 p.m., enjoy outdoor tunes provided by the local indie rock band in addition to music from Mo Lowda and the Humble and Illinois. Tickets for this Saturday’s concert are available online.

Next Saturday, August 30 also from 3 to 8 p.m., the Stooges Brass Band will provide attendees with New Orleans-style jazz and blues. The New Sound Brass Band, a local Mummers troupe, will round out the entertainment. Tickets for the August 30 show are available online.

In addition to music, guests will be treated to beer specials from Brooklyn Brewery — who is teaming up with City Tap House and The Blockley to present the concerts.

Admission to each concert is $15. Both shows are 21-plus. In the case of rain, concerts will take place inside City Tap House.
