Americans may not be able to travel to Cuba with ease, but that doesn’t mean that we can’t experience the magic of this Caribbean island nation.
From 7 to 10 p.m., guests will come aboard the historic cruiser Olympia, the sole surviving naval ship of the Spanish-American War. The evening will include live Latin music, salsa dancing and instruction, historical reenactments, beer, wine, cocktails and a lavish buffet spread.
VIP ticketholders can start their night at 5:30 p.m. on the Mystic Whaler, which departs at 5:45 p.m. sharp. Afterwards, VIPs will enjoy special access aboard the Olympia during the main event.
Tickets are on sale now for $100 ($250 for VIP access), and admission is limited to guests 21 and over. Dress in your best Caribbean casual attire, and be sure to wear flat shoes or wedges to preserve the ship’s deck!
Plus, all tickets include admission to this weekend’s Old City Seaport Festival, which lasts from Friday, October 10 through Sunday, October 12.
