Weekend Picks: First Friday, Beer Fests, Apple Fest At Peddler’s Village, Free Museum Admission And More

How to spend this fall weekend in Philly...

Happy weekend, Philly!

In the coming days, awesome events fill all corners of the city (and beyond, too!) to keep visitors and residents busy all weekend long.

The weekend kicks off with First Friday (tonight!), which promises plenty of art parties and exhibition openings in neighborhoods like Old City and Callowhill. Click here for a full guide to this weekend’s First Friday events.

On Sunday, the Philadelphia Museum of Art and the Barnes Foundation both offer admission deals to ring in the new month. The Barnes Foundation offers free admission to all guests while the Philadelphia Museum of Art hosts its recurring pay-what-you-wish First Sunday.

Also this weekend: a bacon and beer festival at the 23rd Street Armory, a fall beer and cider block party, the two-day apple festival at Peddler’s Village and so much more.

Be sure to follow Uwishunu on Instagram and Twitter for updates throughout the weekend.
