Weekend Picks: Holiday Shopping, Movie Nights At Winterfest, Latkepalooza And More

Our guide to this weekend, December 16-18, in Philly...

It’s hard to believe, but it’s the final weekend before Christmas and Hanukkah. Philadelphia gears up for the festivities with shopping events, bar and restaurant happenings, festivals and so much more.

Those who still need to check items off their Christmas lists can visit pop-up holiday shops at Dilworth Park (Christmas Village and the Made in Philadelphia Holiday Market), at the Historic Strawbridge’s Building (Franklin Flea), in Mt. Airy (Art Garage’s annual shopping bazaar) and more.

On Sunday, Latkepalooza, an afternoon-long foodie fest, returns to Philadelphia with inventive latkes made by some of the best chefs in the city.

Be sure to follow Uwishunu on Instagram and Twitter for updates throughout the weekend.
