60+ Food and Drink Vendors
Be sure to arrive hungry … very hungry. (We also suggest showing up early to beat the lines — and avoid any onset of hangriness.)
More than 60 local vendors are slated to serve up food and drinks for the four-hour food-filled festival.
Vendors include Dos Hermanos Tacos, Nomad Pizza, Nick’s Roast Beef, Scoop DeVille Ice Cream and many, many more.
Beer will also be flowing at three official beer tents, located at Cottman Avenue, St. Vincent Street and Princeton Avenue. Score local drafts from Victory Brewing Company, Tröegs Brewing Company and Night Market newcomer Lancaster Brewing Company.
Also look out for delicious beverages from Frecon’s Cidery, Penns Woods Winery and other street-side vendors.
Music and Live Entertainment
What goes better with al fresco eats and drinks than live tunes? In the center of the Philadelphia Night Market, find a main stage hosting a different band each hour, on the hour, starting at 6 p.m.
Elsewhere, visitors can find other entertainment, including a DJ spinning beats, dancers from Movemakers Philly and a caricature artist working up drawings.
If you live downtown, Burholme may sound a bit unfamiliar, but rest assured — it’s a super accessible adventure.
If you plan to take the regional rail, SEPTA’s Fox Chase Line goes to Ryers Station, less than two blocks from the center of the action.
Other good news: If you plan to drive, street parking abounds!
Enjoy the first of this food-filled festival series of 2017.
