Dîner En Blanc Returns To Philadelphia On August 17; Reserve Your Spot On The Waitlist Now

Register for the chance to attend Dîner en Blanc in Philadelphia...

Get excited: Dîner en Blanc, one of summer’s biggest spectacles returns, in just a few short weeks.

For those who aren’t familiar, Dîner en Blanc is a worldwide pop-up dining phenomenon that originated in Paris in 1988 and has since expanded to cities all across the world, including Philadelphia. The annual event draws thousands of white-clad guests to a secret location for a BYOB picnic dinner and a roof-raising party.

Sounds fun, right?

Dîner en Blanc is slated to return on Thursday, August 17 at a to-be-announced iconic location. Last year’s location was the beautiful steps at the Philadelphia Museum of Art.

For a chance to attend this always-sold-out pop-up party, the public must enter the Dîner en Blanc lottery by Monday, July 17 at noon. This is the public’s last chance to enter the ticket lottery. Note that this does not guarantee a spot at Dîner en Blanc; instead, it offers lottery registrants a fair chance to purchase tickets once the final tickets go on sale. All lottery registrants will have an equal chance for selection as winners will be selected at random.

Click here to register for the lottery.

If selected via the random lottery, guests will have the opportunity to register for the party. Registration costs $49 per person and includes access to the party and guided departure to the to-be-announced location from designated spots throughout the city. From there, guests are required to pack their own picnic dinner (champagne, too!) and bring folding chairs and a table — all while wearing their finest white attire, of course.

Don’t miss the chance to attend one of the summer’s biggest al fresco parties! Stay tuned for more on Dîner en Blanc.
